1. Retailer Resale Certificate Requirement

To qualify for tax-exempt wholesale purchases, retailers must submit a valid Resale Certificate before their first order.

2. Sales Tax Policy

If a retailer does not provide a Resale Certificate, sales tax will be applied to their purchase.
The Resale Certificate must include:
Business name and address Florida Sales Tax Number A statement confirming the
Signature and date of the retailer.

3. Compliance & Record-Keeping

We are required to collect and verify the Resale Certificate before or during the first sale.
We will keep records of Resale Certificates for at least 5 years in compliance with state tax regulations.
Without a valid certificate, we are legally responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax.
